Congac Frapin Grande Champagne VS Luxe - Wine Gift €45.60 plus 23% VAT
(€56.09 incl Vat) Frapin is a rarity in Cognac on several levels. Firstly it is entirely family owned by Genevieve Frapin and her husband Max Cointreau. Secondly, their estate comprises of 300 hectares, all of which is the Grande Champange district. And finally Frapin produces Cognac in the 'Pale and dry' Style. They manage their vineyards in a sustainable way, employing many techniques such as the use of natural predators, flower crops between rows of vines and resting land for seven years. The Congnacs are released at ages far the minimum required by the appellation. The V.S. is released after 6 years (the AC stipulates a minimum of 3 years.)
