Where large batches of hampers are to be distributed to individual recipients address’s, Clients can avail of encrypted email file/data transfers, or a mutually acceptable, third party encrypted file transfer service.
Hampers & Co internally employs system access security, restricting access to all the various types of personal data to a limited number of experienced staff.
Each staff member has dedicated hardware computer from which they operate and have software logins limiting unrestricted file access. Where possible clients personal data is assigned to two staff members to manage and review.
The Hampers & Co internal network is further protected by dedicated firewall and anti-virus systems, ensuring a further level of protection to our client data
